Return & Exchange Policy – Slayink™

At Slayink™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and exchange process. You can initiate a request within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You may return all or selected items from an order (partial returns allowed).
  • Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other fashion items.

Return/Exchange Process

You can raise a return or exchange request by:

Our team will coordinate a pickup through our logistics partner.
Once the return request is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about whether your return or exchange has been approved or rejected.


Reverse Shipping Fee

A fee of ₹100 per return/exchange request applies. This will be deducted from your refund or charged during an exchange.


Exchange Policy

  • One-time exchange per item is allowed.
  • You can exchange for a different size, color, or even another product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, refunds are issued in either of the following forms:

  • Slayink™ Gift Card (Store Credit) – Default option
  • Original Payment Method – Only if specifically requested

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't been received:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — sometimes posting is delayed.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return.
  • If the item was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Defective or Damaged Items – Slayink™

At Slayink™, we take quality seriously and inspect every item before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

What qualifies as a defective/damaged item?

  • Product received with visible damage (e.g., torn fabric, broken accessory, stains).
  • Manufacturing defects such as stitching errors, faulty zippers, or misprints.
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size, color, or product).

What to do if you receive a damaged or defective item?

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@slayink.com with your order number.
  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Resolution Options

Once we verify the issue, we will offer you one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product (if in stock).
  • Exchange for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
  • Full refund to your original payment method or as store credit—your choice.

Important Notes

  • Claims without photo/video proof may not be eligible.
  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Keep the original packaging until your case is resolved.
