• Return/Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Partial Returns: Accepted — you may return one or more items from a single order.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Accessories: Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other fashion accessories.

📦 Reverse Shipping Fee

₹100 per return/exchange request (deducted from refund or to be paid during exchange).

🔁 Exchange Terms

• One exchange per item allowed.

• You will be notified via email once your returned item is received and inspected.
• We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued as:

• 💳 Store credit via Slayink™ Gift Card (default), or
• 🏦 To your original payment method (only if requested).

Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval.
