• Return/Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Partial Returns: Accepted — you may return one or more items from a single order.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Accessories: Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other fashion accessories.

• We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued as:
