Our aim is to deliver your purchase rapidly and conveniently, to almost every corner of India.
To achieve this we have partnered with Bluedart & Ecom Express.
Shipping options and costs customised to reflect the Products you have purchased and the delivery destination are displayed as part of the check-out process.

TERMS

• This policy forms part of our Terms of Service; if there is a conflict between the terms of this policy and our Terms of Service, the terms of our Terms of Service shall prevail.

• We are only able to deliver to a valid shipping address provided in your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us if the delivery details were incorrect.

• Changes to the shipping address are not permitted once your order has been placed. We reserve the right to limit the locations to which Products are shipped.

• When you have selected your preferred delivery method and provided we have accepted your order, we will process your order. We will ship the item(s) within two days of purchase.

• Delivery times will depend upon the tier your city is in. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to the latest government guidelines for Covid-19.

• We shall be entitled to supply the Products in instalments and to supply only part of an order.

• Shipping is entirely free on orders above Rs 599. Orders below the mentioned amount would attract a nominal shipping fee of Rs 50.

 ORDER PROCESSING

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

• Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday and no orders are processed or delivered during weekends or holidays.

• Please make sure the delivery address is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing the purchase.

• If your item is returned to us undelivered for any reason, you will need to pay the full delivery cost to have your order resent to you.
